Purple Cloud Tea House - JING GU GUSHU – 200g cake
The tea material for our 2017 JingGu cakes are from three different gardens in the Jinggu area. The trees for this cake range from 150-200 years old and are found deep in the forest and in some open areas near the peak.
Harvest: 3rd week of April Production/Storage: Hand processed and rested in mountains until January 2018 then stone pressed, arriving in USA in June 2018 and kept in controlled storage. Weight: 200g per cake, 5 cakes per tong (1kg)
A golden liquor with heavy aroma, sweet flavor, nice mouthfeel and almost immediate huigan with only slight bitterness.
