Our Congou grade A Black Tea is from Tan Yang Village of Fujian Province, China, one of the top three Min Hong Cha producing areas and has a history reaching back to the 17th Century Qing Dynasty. The long twisted black leaves yield a golden-coppery bright and full-bodied liquor with top notes of apricot and longan fruits. This has become one of our most popular house favorites.
