If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all eligible unused items with proof of purchase.  All returns must be authorized within 14-days of delivery for credit minus any applicable shipping charges.  Please email call or email us and we will be happy to assist.

Ineligible items for return, refund, and/or exchange may include: all tea products; any teapots, fairness pitchers, and teacups that have been used.
