B. Also here is some roasting tips we suggest:
1: Pour in your base tea until it's evenly distributed at roughly 3 centimeters in the roaster.
2: Roast at 60 degrees Celsius for one hour, stirring every 15 to 20 minutes to ensure an even roast
3: Turn off the roaster after an hour, brew a cup to test flavor.
4: If the taste is close to what you desire, maintain the previous temperature and repeat steps 2 and 3.
5: If you want a darker roast, increase the roaster temperature to 65 degrees Celsius and roast for one hour, stirring every 15 to 20 minutes.
6: Repeat the process until you find the desired flavor.
The number one thing to avoid when roasting tea is overheating and burning the leaf!  This is especially true the smaller the roasting machine.  500 pounds of tea being roasted at 60 celsius will take a very long time to heat up.  With a small roaster holding less than a pound or so, the tea will heat up to your set temperature very quickly! This means that with smaller roasters, near constant supervision is required to avoid ruining good tea through overheating.  When in doubt, it's better to shut off the roaster prematurely and try again after the patch cools down.  Stirring is very important to equally roast every leaf.  The trick is to do it slow and steady in one hour intervals, while testing the roast after every interval.  Aside from that, it's up to gradual experience to find the perfect method.
