About the tea:
Our 2018 Spring Bai Mudan (white peony) was harvested from Zheng He County in Northern Fujian Province during the 3rd week of March. The soup is rich and thick boasting floral honey sweetness with notes of granny smith apple and apricot. Lovely aftertaste. Standard plucking: 1 bud, 2 leaf (See photos for leaf detail). Sun-dried.
